Where can I find OCPs procurement solicitations?

For solicitations advertised prior to May 1, 2017 please visit the OCPS Procurement Solicitations site. VendorLink is a user-friendly Internet portal where businesses can sign-up to register and receive electronic email notification of upcoming solicitations as they become available.

How do I contact the OCP main number?

Vendors are encouraged to plan ahead for services requiring phone calls or in-person visits. If you have any questions or need assistance on the day of the event, please call the OCP Main Number at (202) 727-0252.

How do I add additional users to my OCP account?

The User ID must be an email address in order to receive your password link. Additional users can be added at any time by the OCP Helpdesk staff. If you have provided goods or services for the District in the past, a placeholder exists in the system based on your Tax Identification Number and will prevent registration of the company a second time.

How does ASN work?

The ASN works in conjunction with PASS to generate a copy of the order directly to the Supplier’s account. At this time, registration is required to receive purchase orders. You will be issued an ARIBA Network ID number, which must be provided to the contracting staff during your PO registration. When did the District of Columbia switch to electronic solicitations?

In 2010, the District of Columbia’s Office of Contracting and Procurement (OCP) transitioned to an electronic solicitations system. This change has allowed OCP to develop a streamlined system, eliminating the need to produce multiple printed copies of bids.

Can you have multiple accounts on OCP?
